Succession planning and growing our adviser team

This month, we are delighted to share some exciting news with you all.

Many of you will have had contact at some point with our two paraplanners, Janet Barlow and Emma Gudger, both of who have worked with us for a number of years.

Janet and Emma have been Diploma-qualified for some time and are working towards Chartered status. We’re happy to say that both of them have now become trainee financial planners here at Chancellor.

They are on a now on their way to completing their financial advice journey which will involve some intense training over the next 12 months. You should hopefully start to see them accompany both Grant and David in many of your client meetings, which forms part of their training and development.

There is a lot of activity happening which will hopefully result them both being signed off as fully fledged advisers in the near future. We are really looking forward to having two home-grown female advisers on our team, in what is no doubt a male-dominated field.

As we continue to expand our business, we hope to be able to provide our clients with more support than ever.
